The Correct Way To Install The Collet Nut:
1. Put the chuck into the gland and gently rotate the clamping spring. When the eccentric portion is pressed, the cover is recessed into the clamping spring groove. The pressure cap can be installed by pushing the spring with the same force in the direction of the arrow.
2. Install the clamping spring and the cover on the main body or the main shaft of the chuck. After inserting the clamping wiper, tighten the pressure cap with a wrench until the tool is clamped.
(Note: Avoid tightening the pressure cap without tools installed to avoid damaging the clamping spring)
3. Use a wrench to loosen the cap, remove the chuck or tool, and remove the tool. Push the clamping spring along the direction arrow. Then replace the other clamping springs as needed.
